Return Policy
Coffee Products
We do not accept returns due to the products nature. So please do not send any coffee or food products back to us. It is a waste of resources as we will just destroy it upon receipt.
Error in Order
If there is a error in your order, we will make it right. Due to the process being extremely human oriented and custom, errors on our side can happen. We will make corrections to the error quickly and ship out the correct coffee and expedite it.
Stolen or lost packages
For lost packages please file a report with USPS or shipping provider and send that report. We will send you the same order again. If the product gets stolen off your porch, we will need you to file a police report and send us a copy of that report. We will then keep records of that incident and ship you the same order again and expedite the order as well.
Other Products
We current are not offering other products as of now, but as we grow we will expand out offering and hopefully have some very fun and interesting products for you soon.
You are a valuable customer and your satisfaction is of the highest priority. We will work with you the best we can, but please take note we are a very small mom and pop shop so it might take some time, but we will certain get to it on a first come first served basis.
